Your goods are dispatched on a next working day delivery service if your order is placed before 16:00. If placed after this time, we will still try our best to get the order to you next working day, but we cannot guarantee it. In particular please note:
Orders placed after 16:00 are likely to be processed on the next working day.
Please note that for NON GUARANTEED next working day delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for any delivery problems associated with the courier. Typically 90% of items are delivered next working day, and we try our best to ensure this level of service is maintained.
DELIVERY OF BULKY ITEMS: On particularly bulky items needing extra care in transport, such as large plasma screens or large printers, we may have to apply a delivery surcharge to cover the increased shipping costs. Please enquirer beforehand if you wish to order such an item.

Delivery Cost
ICPC tries to maintain a uniform shipping charge across all orders, although sometimes if an order is been shipped directly from a supplier other charges may be incur, These will be displayed in your basket and at checkout.

* In the exceptional circumstance that the order is over £500 but the weight of the order makes free shipping unviable, we will contact you to work out the best solution for both parties.
Non Physical Order
If you have ordered a non physical item ie. software. You will still be charged the DPD standard shipping cost. Please contact info@icpccomputers.co.uk and this fee will be refunded to you after checkout.
international Non Physical Orders
You will be refunded the cost of shipping after checkout.
Delivery of Software
Software orders are typically emailed to the customer on the same day if ordered before 4:30 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following day.
Enterprise Software
Certain software products may be labeled as "Enterprise." These are usually intended for use by enterprises and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Please note that these software products may have additional licensing requirements or permissions for use. If you're unsure about the suitability of the software for your needs, or if you require information about additional licenses, please reach out to our sales team at sales@icpccomputers.co.uk for assistance.
OTHER INFORMATION
- We only ship and deliver on working days Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- ICPC Electronics Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices or select another forwarder.
- The delivery service is based on the time from when the item is available in stock at our warehouse.
