What is Punchout?

With Punchout, you are directly integrated into our webshop via your ERP system. You can browse through our large product assortment of more than 500,000 products and are sure to always have updated prices, product data, and stock status.


When you add products to the basket and press “Punchout”, the basket is automatically transferred to your procurement system as a purchase requisition. Once this is approved, the order is sent to ICPC with your own requisition number, eliminating errors from manual data input and ensuring a smooth and easy ordering process.

Product data

We can provide limited product data with price and stock files, but to enrich your files with product content – media, headlines, descriptions, and attributes – we recommend using product data from Icecat or cNet. Most of the content can be retrieved for free and ICPC provides product ID for an easy and direct match with Icecat.
